Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Aug 26 (ANI): Chief Minister Raman Singh on Sunday while highlighting the educational achievements of the state said that no society can progress without education. While addressing a gathering at the Bhojli Mahotsav, Raman Singh said urged people to educate their children and specially girls.
