Kulgam (J&K), Aug 22 (ANI): Wreath laying ceremony of police constable Fayaz Ahmed Shah was performed with full honour in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam on Wednesday. Constable Ahmed was shot dead by terrorists in Kulgam, earlier today. The policeman was on leave and had gone to offer Eid prayers. The deceased was a resident of Zazri Pora in Kulgam. He is survived by two daughters, wife and an aged mother. Meanwhile, clashes erupted between security forces and stone pelters in J&K’s Srinagar today. Stone pelters flashed flags of Pakistan and Islamic State (IS) during the violent clashes. The clash broke out after the morning Namaz on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
