Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala), Sep 15 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers staged protest outside Secretariat, demanding action against rape accused Jalandhar Bishop Franco Mulakkal in Kerala’s capital. Franco Mulakkal has been accused of raping a nun for 13 times between 2014 and 2016. Police resorted to using water canon to disperse the crowd.
