New Delhi, Sep 06 (ANI): After 2+2 talks between Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and their American counterparts, Sitharaman said that signing of Communications Compatibility and Security Agreement (COMCASA) will enable India to access advanced technologies from USA. 2+2 talks between the leaders were held today in New Delhi.
