Talcher (Odisha), Sep 22 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday ensured the Odia people gathered at a public assembly that the construction of the Talcher Fertilizer Plant will be completed in 36 months. The Prime Minister said, “When BJP government came to power in the centre, the work on fertilizer plants picked up speed. I asked the officials involved in the construction of the plant and they ensured me that the construction of Talcher Fertiliser Plant will be completed in 36 months and I will again come here to inaugurate it.”
