Amroha (Uttar Pradesh), Sep 16 (ANI): Minister of State (MoS) Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Giriraj Singh stirred a fresh controversy on Sunday by saying that Hindu population is declining in 54 districts and the country will not develop unless there is a law to control population. “If population is not controlled neither social fabric will remain nor our country will develop”, said Giriraj Singh.
