Mumbai, Sep 13 (ANI): Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam sparked controversy by saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is ‘illiterate”. On his controversial remarks Nirupam was unapologetic and he said that criticism is healthy in a democracy and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not a god. “Whatever I said was not beyond limits and I just wanted the nation to know Prime Minister’s educational qualifications”, said Sanjay Nirupam while talking to ANI.
