New Delhi, Sep 13 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj left for a two-day visit to Russia’s Moscow today. Swaraj will attend the 23rd meeting of the Inter- Governmental Commission on Technical & Economic Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC) in Moscow. Her visit has come after taking stock of a time-tested, special and privileged strategic partnership.
