New Delhi, Sep 13 (ANI): Former President of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapaksa met Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress President Rahul Gandhi and Congress leader Anand Sharma in the national capital on Thursday. Rajapaksa delivered a public speech on September 12. On his arrival he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
