Haldwani (Uttarakhand), Sep 19 (ANI): A teacher in Haldwani, Vipin Chandra has opened a bookstore for underprivileged children, who cannot afford to buy books. He is running a book bank with inventory of 8000 books. Vipin opened the bank on his 25th anniversary. Several children in need, come to borrow books on a daily basis. After he opened the book bank, people joined to take his initiative forward. “I decided to make a library after realizing number of children who cannot study because of their financial crunch”, said Vipin while talking to ANI.
