Siliguri (WB), Sep 10 (ANI): Heavy rains in West Bengal’s Siliguri threw normal life out of gear as several parts of the city were left waterlogged on Monday. Siliguri recorded 154.6 mm rainfall in the last 24 hours. According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the weather will remain “cloudy with heavy rainfall” for the next week.
