New Delhi, Sep 21 (ANI): Governor of Jammu & Kashmir Satyapal Malik on Friday condemned the heinous killing of Special Police Officers (SPOs) by terrorists and termed it a barbaric act. He also assured stringent punishment against the terrorists. “Pakistan is habitual of doing it. We will punish them properly,” said Malik.
