Srinagar (J&K), Sep 16 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir’s Chief Electoral Officer Shaleen Kabra on Sunday briefed media on Panchayat polls in the state. He said, “Panchayat polls will be held in nine phases. Date of polls will be November 17, 20, 24, 27, 29, December 01, 04, 08 and 11. Counting will take place on the day of polling. Votes will be cast using ballot paper”.
