New Delhi, Sep 21 (ANI): On Jalandhar Bishop Franco Mulakkal being temporarily relieved of pastoral duties, Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Friday said that Mulakkal should have been removed on the first day. “Some kind of cancer has affected the clergy,” Swamy added.
