New Delhi, Sep 14 (ANI): While reacting on Rewari gang-rape incident, former chief minister of Haryana Bhupinder Singh Hooda said that the law and order in state has totally failed. He further added, “Constitution has become a joke nowadays, this not the one incident that had happened. Everyday such kind of incidents took place in Haryana. It is really unfortunate that recently in Goa, a minister gave statement that they won’t make Goa like Haryana. The government should resign on moral grounds”.
