Hyderabad, Sep 20 (ANI): Police have arrested a man who attacked his daughter and her husband in Hyderabad in broad day-light with a sickle. It was an attempt of revenge after his daughter married a man from Scheduled Caste. The duos inter-caste marriage did not go down well with the girl’s father who stabbed the duo several times with a sickle in the middle of a road. Police has registered a case under section 307 IPC and SC/ST Atrocities Act as the boy belongs to the Scheduled Caste. The accused has been arrested. Doctors informed that the man is out of danger, while the girl is still critical.
