New Delhi, Sep 11 (ANI): An agreement was signed between the Ministry of External Affairs and Telecommunications Consultants India (TCIL) for VidyaBharati and e-AarogyaBharti for technological upgrade and extension of Pan Africa e-Network Project. Heads of Mission from African countries attended the MoU signing ceremony. Minister of Communication Manoj Sinha was also present on the occasion.
