Chhindwara (MP), Sep 21 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Friday said that no one will be arrested without an investigation under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, in the state.
