New Delhi, Sep 28 (ANI): Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar has turned 89th today. On her birthday, the legendary singer has received wishes from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind. Both of them have wished Mangeshkar a ‘long and healthy life’. Narendra Modi took to his Twitter to wish the singer and wrote, “Respected Lata Didi, best wishes to you on your birthday. Your exceptional work, spanning decades has endeared you to crores of Indians. You have always been passionate about our country’s development. May you lead a long life filled with good health. @mangeshkarlata.” President Kovind appreciated Mageshkar’s melodious voice and wrote, “Birthday greetings and best wishes for a long and healthy life to @mangeshkarlata, who has been honoured with the Bharat Ratna. May her melodious voice continue to mesmerise millions across the world for years to come #PresidentKovind.” Lata Mangeshkar is the recipient of three National Film Awards, four Filmfare Best Female Playback Awards among others.
