New Delhi, Sep 06 (ANI): Minister of State for Independent charge (I/C) Youth Affairs and Sports, Rajyavardhan Rathore on Thursday gave a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh to Govindan Lakshmanan for his excellent showing at the recently concluded Asian Games 2018 in Indonesia. Govindan Lakshmanan said, “I want to thank the minister for giving me such a big cash reward even when I was disqualified in 10,000 meters race. This is very motivating for me. Asian Championship is coming for which I will prepare.” Lakshmanan was however disqualified in the 10,000 metre race for lane infringement.
