Shopian (J&K), Sep 21 (ANI): Wreath laying ceremony of three Special Police Officers (SPOs) performed on Friday. The soldiers were kidnapped by terrorists from Shopian in South Kashmir and were later found dead. The three SPOs were abducted by terrorists from Shopian on Thursday. The incidents of terrorists attacking security personnel are on the rise in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
