Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Sep 09 (ANI): Stray cattle, especially cows, on roads have become a persistent problem in Ahmedabad and are reported to be one of the primary reasons behind deaths by road accidents in the state. Even though many strays are taken to animal shelters, a large number of cows can still be seen roaming and lying around on the roads.
