Dispur (Assam), Sep 16 A(NI): One suspected terrorist of Hizbul Mujahideen, Omar Farooq, was arrested by Guwahati Crime Branch and Jorabat (Meghalaya) police from Assam-Meghalaya border in Byrnihat area on September 15. The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has suspected his links with suspected Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Qamar-uz-Zaman, arrested on September 13 in Uttar Pradesh.
