Poonch (Jammu & Kashmir), Sep 16 (ANI): Poonch District Development Commissioner Rahul Yadav and Poonch administration has organised ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign 2018’. The campaign kick started from September 15, 2 2018. The cleanliness drive took place around Poonch Fort. Some places around the district have been identified where special cleanliness drive will be launched. The cleanliness drive involved both the administration of the district as well as people so that cleanliness can be maintained at all levels. Rahul Yadav said, “Under Swachhata Hi Seva a cleanliness drive was launched which will be organised from September 15 to October 02. The main purpose of the drive is to involve people. Also, to make them believe cleanliness is service.” The DDC has urged people to come out in full support of the drive. The initiative has been taken as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ in the country.
