Teachers should become architects of new Rajasthan: CM Raje

Jaipur (Rajasthan), Sep 06 (ANI): To mark the contribution made by teachers to the society, a state level programme was organised in Jaipur to honour the teachers. On this occasion, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje honoured 36 teachers with ‘state level teachers’ award’, 33 teachers and principals with ‘Guru Ji Samman’ and 16 teachers with ‘Shikshak Samman’ for their commendable work. Along with that, 15 officials including DM of Churu, Hanumangarh and JhunJhunu were also honoured for getting first position in the District Education Ranking. Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Raje said that, “we have dreamt of advanced, prosperous and progressive Rajasthan which can be achieved with the cooperation and contribution of all the teachers of the state. Teachers should become architect of New Rajasthan and work for better future, taking responsibility on their shoulders.” During the programme, 11 meritorious students were also awarded with ‘Padmakshi award’, Cheque of One lakh rupees and scooty.
