Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Sep 14 (ANI): The Uttar Pradesh Government released Bhim Army chief and Dalit leader Chandrashekhar alias Ravan from prison at 2:24 AM today. He was jailed in 2017 under National Security Act (NSA) charges in connection with 2017 Saharanpur caste violence case. A large number of his supporters turned up after his release. The Government ordered his early release because of Chandrashekhar’s mother’s appeal.
