New Delhi, Sep 29 (ANI): A major clash broke out between the hospital authorities and patient family members in Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital in the national capital. The family members of the deceased staged a protest against the hospital authorities stating negligence on the doctors’ part. The whole incident was caught on camera.
