Mandi (Himachal Pradesh), Sep 24 (ANI): Indian Air Force (IAF) rescued two people who were stranded near NHPC Colony, Nagwain in Mandi district, following heavy rainfall. Incessant rains wreaked havoc in various parts of the state causing flash floods and landslides.
