Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Sep 22 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Bhubaneswar on Saturday morning. He is in the city to attend an event in Talcher to mark the commencement of work in the Talcher Fertilizer Plant. PM Modi will also address a public meeting and he will inaugurate the local airport in Jharsuguda.
