Talcher (Odisha), Sep 22 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of Talcher Fertilizer Plant, which is being setup in Odisha. Earlier, PM Modi met and interacted with anganwadi workers upon his arrival in Talcher. He will later inaugurate the local airport in Jharsuguda.
