Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Sep 21 (ANI): A railway police personnel saved a youth who suffered a heart stroke on a railway station in Bhubaneswar. The police personnel used mouth-to-mouth cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to bring him back to life. GRP constable Balham Singh rushed to save the man after receiving information. He used his experience that he got from police training.
