Baghpat (UP), Sep 11 (ANI): Union Road Transport and Ganga Rejuvenation Minister Nitin Gadkari assured that government will clean 70-80 percent river Ganga before December, 2018. He was addressing the gathering at a road inaugural programme in Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat city.
