Panchkula (Haryana), Oct 04 (ANI): On the lines of Kullu Dussehra celebrations, a 215 feet tall effigy of Ravana will be put to display in Haryana’s Panchkula district. Shri Ram Lila Club, Mata Mansa Devi Charitable Trust and Adarsh Ramlila Dramatic Club is jointly organising the four-day Dushera Festival from October 15 to 18. Earlier, this huge Ravana Effigy was scheduled to burn at Barara in Ambala district, but due to paucity of space at Barara, the authorities decided to shift the venue this time to Panchkula. This huge effigy would be designed with using about 7,000 kilograms bamboos, 200 kilograms of gum, 600 kilograms of papers and cloth and 20 quintal of iron frame.
