Bargarh (Odisha), Oct 10 (ANI): Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan laid the foundation stone of Odisha’s first 2G bio-ethanol refinery today in Bargarh district. “The refinery started by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) will help India in achieving self-dependency by reducing import of crude oil and farmers will be benefitted with such refineries”, said Minister Pradhan.
