Bengaluru (Karnataka), Oct 01 (ANI): Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy on Monday criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of putting the blame for not giving the contract to Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in the Rafale deal and said that the BJP having all the powers could have given this order to HAL and protected the interests of HAL. Speaking on the issue, Karnataka CM said, “Nirmala Sitharaman shifted the blame on Congress for contract not going to HAL, then why this government takes these kinds of decisions? They have all the powers, they could have given this order to HAL and protected the interests of HAL. Why didn’t they do so then? Why this controversy is going on every day? The BJP has to give a clear picture to the country. If they are very transparent in the issue then why are they not giving proper information?”
