Gorakhpur (UP), Oct 18 (ANI): Former chief minister of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh ND Tiwari passed away at a hospital in the national capital on his 93rd birthday on Thursday. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed his condolences and extended his support to his family.
