Sehore (MP), Oct 03 (ANI): While talking to the ANI, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, “Congress gave birth to corruption in Indian politics. They did several scams during their regime. No one has used this type of language for the Prime Minister. When Manmohan Singh was the Prime Minister, I went to the Washington and I was told that the PM of India is under achiever but I opposed because he was the PM of India and not Congress”.
