New Delhi, Oct 11 (ANI): Union Minister for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Thursday said Congress doesn’t have any concrete issues to raise against the Centre that is why the party is raising Rafale issue every time. He added that Centre has given explanation on Rafale deal many times and now Congress is dealing with bankruptcy of issues.
