Bengaluru, Oct 08 (ANI): Senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday hit out at Centre over timing of Karnataka by-polls. Speaking to ANI, Kharge said that dates of the elections would delay the rehabilitation work in the flood affected areas in the state.
