Jammu, Oct 28 (ANI): First North Zone deaf and dumb T20 Cricket tournament was organised by Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, J&K association of Deaf and Dumb and University of Jammu. The tournament was a great event as deaf and dumb cricketers surprised everybody with their game. Six teams from Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh participated in the tournament which was won by Punjab team. Ranjeet Kalra Vice Chairman of Jammu District Sports Council said that this kind of initiatives have been taken by Sports council to promote talent in specially-abled youth.
