Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Oct 08 (ANI): Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan attended the Nuakhai Bhetghat in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar on October 07. Nuakhai is agriculture festival celebrated across the state. It is observed to welcome the new rice of the season.
