Siliguri (West Bengal), Oct 07 (ANI): Central Colony Durga Puja Committee in Siliguri is making a Durga Puja pandal, giving it the looks of a heritage railway station. The pandal will also have a replica of the engine of a toy train. Organisers said that it is being done to promote the heritage train.
