Kupwara (Jammu and Kashmir), Oct 11 (ANI): An encounter between security forces and terrorists is underway in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara. The encounter is going in Handwara’s Shartgund Bala in Kupwara district. Two to three terrorists are believed to be trapped in. Internet services have been suspended in the area.
