Latehar (Jharkhand), Oct 06 (ANI): The violent and outdated ideology of Naxalism is on its deathbed as its cadre strength has been shrinking at an unprecedented rate for the past few years. Disillusioned with the violent ideology and a pervasive atmosphere of exploitation in the Naxal camps, the members are now realising the futility of pursuing a fake ideology-driven war and are thus breaking their past allies with Naxals and surrendering themselves before the security officials. One among them is Premlata from Jharkhand’s Latehar district, who not only surrendered herself but also exposed how Naxalites forcibly take them away from their homes and imposed their ideology on them. Taking the tribal children from their homes andindoctrinating their minds with anti-development and anti-establishment venom has been the decades-long agenda of Naxals. But with passage of time, these children are getting aware of the two-faced policies of the Naxals and are returning to the mainstream to lead a life with dignity.
