New Delhi, Oct 27 (ANI): Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi on all fronts during Shashi Tharoor’s book ‘The Paradoxical Prime Minister’ launch event in New Delhi on Friday. “He (PM Modi) has spoken of being a prime minister for all Indians but the Govt he presides over has mostly been silent in face of widespread communal violence, mob lynching, and cow vigilantism. Environment of our universities and national institutions like CBI has been vitiated”, said former PM. “Petrol and diesel prices are at historic high despite fall in international crude oil prices because Modi Govt chose to levy excessive excise duties instead of passing on benefit of low prices to Indians”, he added.
