New Delhi, Oct 02 (ANI): On the occasion of 150th Gandhi Jayanti, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres paid floral tribute to the ‘Father of Nation’ Mahatma Gandhi at Raj Ghat. Mahatma Gandhi, born on Oct 2, 1869, remains one of the prominent faces of India’s struggle for freedom. He fought against caste system & was instrumental in abolishing practice of untouchability. He also preached non-violence & spoke about its significance.
