Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Oct 04 (ANI): Police officials led by Aligarh’s Additional District Magistrate, Shyam Bahadur Singh sealed an illegal cafe offering hookah without a proper licence in Aligarh. Aladdin Lounge and Cafe failed to produce required documents such as licence and registration during a check when ADM Shyam Bahadur Singh asked for the sealing to be conducted. A notice will be served to the owners as part of the investigation.
