Kangra (Himachal Pradesh), Oct 17 (ANI): Lieutenant General Ranbir Singh, General Officer Commanding in Chief (GOC-in-Chief), Northern Command, attended the first ever inter-service paragliding competition held in Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra on Wednesday. Speaking at the event, Ranbir Singh responded to Pakistan’s threats on surgical strikes. Singh said, “I assure you that the Indian Army is fully prepared. When required any challenging task can be undertaken. It doesn’t matter as to what statements are being made from what quarter.”
