Vadodara (Gujarat), Oct 15 (ANI): An Indian astrophysicist named Karan Jani from Gujarat was denied entry at a Garba event in United States of America’s Atlanta allegedly over his surname. Jani’s father said volunteers stopped him and told him he doesn’t look like a Hindu and even his surname doesn’t appear to be that of a Hindu. “He called me and he sounded nervous”, said Jani’s father. Karan Jani has won several accolades in fields of science.
