Bengaluru, Oct 31 (ANI): Speaking about the upcoming assembly elections, Karnataka Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Sanjeev Kumar said dry day has been declared for by-poll areas for 48 hours starting from 6 pm on November 01 till November 03 midnight. Electronic Voting Machines, Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPATs) will be used this time. Timing of polls will be from 7am to 6pm.
